Description of Air Filtration System ® How the HEPAtech Plus Air Purifier System Works As the air is pulled into the Air Purifier, the Pre-Filters capture large particles. Then, the air travels through the HEPAtech are removed as the air passes through the Carbon Odor Filter. Then the Ionizer releases negative ions into the air that attract positively charged dust, smoke, and pollen particles. -

Operation Filter Life Counters The Pre-Filters, Carbon Odor Filter, and HEPAtech operation of the Air Purifier. To help you know when to clean and change the filters, your Hunter Air Purifier has Filter Life Counters that will monitor the life of your filter. Although the exact life of the filters depends on the environment, the table below gives typical us- age times of the filters. -

Using the Ionizer Using the Ionizer improves the quality of air in the room. Negative ions are released into the air to attract positively charged dust, smoke, and pollen particles. These particles settle out of the air and can be vacuumed up during normal room cleaning. These particles are also more easily captured by the HEPAtech Plus Air Purification System. -

Air Purifier Maintenance Cleaning Your Air Purifier Proper maintenance of your Hunter Air Purifier will help ensure years of trouble free service.
