Instructions for Use
T
o reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to
install the proper outlet. DO NOT change the plug in any way.
1. This unit is powered by and comes equipped with a UL approved cord. ALWAYS
make sure the unit is set to the "OFF" position before inserting the plug into a 120-volt
electrical outlet.
2. Massage: To activate Massage function, slide the bottom switch to "ON". Slide the
switch forward (A) to increase massage intensity.

NOTE on Cold massage attachment:
The Cold attachment should be placed in the freezer for a mini-
mum of 2 hours prior to use for optimum performance. At room
temperature, the Cold attachment will stay cold for up to 15 min-
utes of continuous massage use. As the attachment gradually
loses its frozen state over 15 minutes, gently press around the
edges of the cold gel surface to circulate the colder beads against
skin.
