Chapter 5. Troubleshooting
● SensUp does not work.
Check if the AGC menu is turned "OFF".

Check if the SHUTTER menu is set to MANUAL.

● Audio does not work.
Check the administrator page if the channel is activated with audio.
▶
Check the speaker volume with Web Viewer.
▶
When the mic sound does not output through the server's audio output terminal, check the
▶
administrator page if the Audio Out channel is selected. Or check on the viewer if a mic is
enabled.
Check if your computer is equipped with an audio device.
▶
● Sudden video pause
Check if the SNC-1300 network camera is connected properly with a network cable.
▶
When using an extra network device such as a hub or IP router, check if the device is in
▶
operation.
Open a command prompt and check if the SNC-1300 network camera is connected to the
▶
network.
● Cannot watch video on Web Viewer.
Press the F5 key to refresh the page.
▶
Check if the camera is turned on and connected properly with a network cable.
▶
Check if the camera is in the network.
▶
When using a hub or router, check if the device is in operation.
(Note: On a DOS window, ping 192.168.1.100 and enter the network IP of the camera.)
Login to the administrator page and check if the Video Output option is selected.
▶
● Cannot see a video image sent to the FTP server or via e-mail.
If your computer is not installed with the Divx codec for decoding MPEG4-compressed
▶
images, the image may not display properly. Download and install the latest DivX file, and
then check the image again. http://www.divx.com/divx/download.
● Cannot see data in the SD memory card.
Make sure that you do not take out the memory card while contents are being saved.
▶
Check if the SD memory card is properly inserted.
▶
Check if the capacity on the card is correct on the Record Page.
▶
● Product information does not display in the local network.
Check if the network cables are properly connected.
▶
Reset the camera to the factory defaults by pressing the RESET switch on the back of the
▶
camera for 5 seconds, and then check again.
● Pan, tilt, zoom, and focus do not work.
Check if the camera, monitor or receiver is properly connected with the power cable.
▶
Check the LAN cable is properly connected.
▶
Consult the operation manual for the receiver connected to the camera.
