Before You Call For Service...

Troubleshooting Tips

Save time and money! Review the charts on the following
pages first and you may not need to call for service.
Problem
Control signals after

or roast properly

You forgot to enter a bake

The oven is self-cleaning or
the Sabbath option is set.

Control panel is dirty, or there • Clean control panel with a vinegar and water solution,

What To Do
• Touch BAKE and desired temperature or
SELF CLEAN and desired clean time.

• Close the door. This model is designed for closed door
broiling only. Always broil with the door closed.
• Make sure you touch BROIL .

• For best results, use a pan designed for broiling.
Make sure it is cool.

• Unplug and remove the probe from the oven.
• Preheat the broil element for 10 minutes.
• Broil for the longest period of time recommended in
the Broiling Guide.
• Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.

• The oven lights do not come on during self-cleaning
or if the Sabbath option is set.
• Call for service.
