Powerline AV+ 200 Nano Adapter XAV2602
Port-Based Quality of Service
Port-based QoS is designed to prioritize the traffic in the Powerline network. By default, traffic
coming to video port gets higher priority than the traffic coming to the data port when there is
traffic congestion in the Powerline network. NETGEAR recommends that you connect
network devices that have outgoing high priority traffic to the video port. For instance, use the
video port for a network-attached storage device, multimedia server, or router. The data port
is suitable for network devices that do not upload higher priority traffic, like a PC or gaming
console device.
