Virtual private network (VPN)

Analyzes network performance and service quality by sending test packets; provides network
performance and service quality parameters such as jitter, TCP, or FTP connection delays
and file transfer rates; and allows a network manager to determine the overall network
performance as well as diagnose and locate network congestion points or failures
