Check harness system:
REAR-FACING
Rear-facing - 4-40 lbs (1.8-18 kg)
Harness straps must be through bottom or
middle slots at or below shoulders.

Body support MUST be used if shoulders
are below lowest slots.
1" below the
top of the child restraint.
