Browse the web

To browse web pages, select
and hold 0 in the standby mode.
Check the availability of services, pricing, and tariffs with
your service provider.
Important: Use only services that you trust and
that offer adequate security and protection
against harmful software.
To access web pages, do one of the following:
• Select a bookmark from the bookmarks view.
• In the bookmarks view, enter the address of the web
page, and select
Go
to.

Bookmarks

Your device may have preinstalled bookmarks and links for
third-party internet sites. You may also access other third-
party sites through your device. Third-party sites are not
affiliated with Nokia, and Nokia does not endorse or
assume liability for them. If you choose to access such
sites, you should take precautions for security or content.

To add a bookmark manually, in the bookmarks view, select
Options

Bookmark manager
the fields, and select

Connection security

If the security indicator
connection, the data transmission between the device and
the internet gateway or server is encrypted.
The security icon does not indicate that the data
transmission between the gateway and the content server
(or place where the requested resource is stored) is secure.
The service provider secures the data transmission
between the gateway and the content server.
To view details about the connection, encryption status,
and information about server authentication, select
Options
>
Tools
>
Page
info.

Keys and commands for browsing

To open a link, make selections, or check boxes, press the
scroll key.
To go to the previous page while browsing, select Back. If
Back
is not available, select
