    Oven Timer Operation The oven timer offers you the following features: Automatic Cooking The Main Oven (only) can be controlled by the automatic timer.When the timer control has been set for one oven it is possible to use the other oven manually.

  • Page 16 Electronic Clock & Automatic Oven Timer Operation (C361E & C366E) AUTO COOKING PROGRAMMES There are two Auto Cooking programmes that can be selected using your timer:– (a) To set the timer to switch the oven(s) On and Off Automatically (b) To set timer to switch on immediately and OFF automatically after a set cook period. a) TO SET THE TIMER TO SWITCH THE OVEN(S) ON AND OFF AUTOMATICALLY This allows you to cook at a specified time for a chosen period before the oven switches off Automatically.

    Sealed Hob General Information (C262E) USE OF HOTPLATES Under no circumstances should the hob be used with aluminium foil in contact with the hob surface. Turn the control to 6 for fast cooking.     Choosing Your Utensils Below are some guidelines to help you make the right choice of utensils. Choosing your utensils To obtain a satisfactory performance from a ceramic hob and to avoid unnecessary damage, we recommend the use of good quality utensils with smooth flat bases.

    Grill Pan and Handle Grill pan handle The grill pan handle is detachable from the pan, to facilitate cleaning and storage. The handle can be either detachable from or fixed to the pan. For a fixed handle remove the screw and washers from the grill pan bracket, tilt the handle over the recess adjacent to the bracket (A), slide it towards the centre of the pan (B) and let the handle locate over the bracket (C).

    Top Oven Cookery Notes The top oven should be used to cook small quantities of food. The oven is designed so that the grill element operates at a reduced heat output, this is combined with a heating element situated underneath the floor of the oven.

    Main Oven Cookery Notes The oven is fitted with ‘Stay clean’ liners, two rod shelves and a meat pan (not all models). Remove the meat pan if it is not being used. To heat the oven turn the knob clockwise, selecting the require temperature between 80˚C (176˚F) and 230˚C (450˚F) as recommended in the temperature chart.
