DTV connections typically provide the highest quality video and audio. You can also use an analog TV with your HDTV Tuner to view DTV broadcasts by connecting the HDTV Tuner to your composite (yellow RCA jack) or S-video (black circular jack) input, as well as connecting stereo audio inputs. While the picture quality won’t be as good as you’d see on a DTV-ready TV set, it should be as good or slightly better than analog TV broadcasts. -

Chapter 2: Using the Remote Control 3. Point the remote at the component, press and release PLAY, then wait five seconds or until the LED stops flashing. At this point the remote control is testing a set of 10 codes to operate the component. If, after five seconds, the component you want to control does not turn off, press and release PLAY again to tell the remote to test the next set of codes. -

Chapter 3: Special Features Rating Limits The Rating Limits menu involves software (referred to as V-Chip) inside your HDTV Tuner which lets you program your tuner so it won’t display certain programs and movies based on violence, sex, or other content you may believe children should not view. Once you block programs, you or other adults can unblock programs by entering a password to unlock video or enter the password to edit the settings in the Rating Limits menu. -
