4. Drain the carburetor bowl.
a. With the fuel valve OFF,
remove the carburetor
drain screw.
b. Drain the gasoline from
the carburetor into a
suitable container.
c. If the tank is to be
drained, turn the fuel
valve ON and drain the
fuel in the tank into a
suitable container.
d. Reinstall the drain screw
and turn the fuel valve OFF.

5. Drain the fuel sediment
cup.
a. Turn the fuel valve to the
OFF position.
b. Remove the sediment
cup and o-ring.
c. Clean the sediment cup
thoroughly.
d. Install the o-ring and
sediment cup and tighten
securely.
