DAY&NIGHT D&N MODE (True Day/Night)
To set the True Day/Night mode, select one of the
following:
• AUTO - Camera automatically switches between
day and night mode depending on the light level.
• COLOR - Camera remains in day mode, regardless
of light level.
• B/W - Camera remains in night mode, regardless of
light level.
If AUTO is selected, you can define the following
settings:
• BURST - Select ON or OFF. If ON is selected, the
camera provides a color burst signal when in night
mode. If OFF, no color burst signal is provided.
Note Some DVRs require a color burst signal to
detect a camera.

• COLOR BW - Relative light level at which
camera switches from day mode (color) to night
mode (black and white). The higher the number,
the lower the light level.

• BW COLOR - Relative light level at which
camera switches from night mode (black and
white) to day mode (color). This number should
always be lower than the COLOR
• READ TIME - Time interval delay before switching
from day mode to night mode. Adjustable from
3 seconds to 12 seconds.
