Have many models of your Tower heater. But I HQH309. Looks to be a very good Model.
    I have three suggestions.
1)Have you ever tried using Lucas Oil Additive on the bearing of your fans? Please try it!
Run tests. You will find less draw in amperage, and more cubic volume of air flow!
Witch means more hot air out put.
Run test side by side two new towers. You will see. a huge difference.
2)I feel the need for a two speed fan on these models as well.
The only model that doesn't over heats, and trips the reset butter. so fair that I've used it the HQH319A. It is a sound work horse! Once I done away with your in line breaker. That is. Yes. It pulls about .7 amps more the the others. But, it is efficient!
3)I would encourage the same heat shrink tubing used on all cords like used on the Model HQH319A. For at the point were the cord come out of the unit. Is a very weak point! In a matter of no time. Bare wire is exposed!!
I would be interested in buying new elements for my heaters as well!
