6 Install channels
The À rst time you setup your TV, you are
prompted to select a menu language and to
install TV and digital radio channels (if available).
This chapter provides instructions on how to
reinstall and À ne tune channels.
Automatically install channels
This section describes how to search and store
channels automatically.

( Home ).

Select [Installation] > [Channel install.]
> [Channel assistant] .

Press OK .

Follow the on-screen instructions to
install channels.
Manually install channels
This section describes how to search and store
analog TV channels manually.
Step 1 Select your system

Skip this step if your system settings are
correct.

( Home ).

to select [Setup] >
[Installation] > [Channel install.] >
[Manual install]

The [Manual install] menu appears.

Press
to select and enter [System] .

Press
to select your country or
region.

Press OK to conÀ rm.

( Home ) to exit.
Step 2 Search and store new TV
channels

( Home ).

to select [Setup] >
[Installation] > [Channel install.] >
[Manual install] .

The [Manual install] menu appears.

to select and enter [Search] .

or use Numeric buttons to
manually enter the three digit frequency.

Press OK to begin search.

when the new channel is found.

to select [Store new channel]
to store the new channel under a new
channel number.

to enter [Store new channel] .

to select [Yes] and press OK to
store the new channel.

( Home ) to exit.
Rename channels
Channels can be renamed so that a name of
your choice appears whenever the channel is
selected.

When watching TV, press OK to display
the channel grid .

Select the channel you want to rename.

OPTIONS .

The channel options menu appears.

to select [Rename chan.] and
press OK .

A text input box appears.

to select a character and press
to add another character.

Select [Done] .
