3. Highlight Other Files and press the Select soft key or the
If no memory card is in your phone, only the Other Files folder appears.
If a memory card is in your phone, two folders appear. Highlight Other
Files to access files stored on your phone or Memory Card to access
files stores on a memory card and then press the Select soft key or the

While in the Other files folder, press the Options soft key to access the
following options (availability depends on the type of file currently
highlighted):
Send via MMS: Lets you send the selected file to a recipient in an MMS.
Delete: Lets you delete the selected file or multiple files.
Rename: Lets you change the name of the selected file.
Move to Memory Card: Lets you move the selected file to a microSD
memory card inserted into your phone's card reader.
Copy to Memory Card: Lets you copy the selected file to a microSD
memory card inserted into your phone's card reader.
Print via Bluetooth: allows printing the file to a Bluetooth-enabled
printer. This option is available if you have highlighted a printable file,
such as a picture.
Lock: lets you lock the file to prevent accidental deletion.
Properties: displays all the properties of the currently selected file.

Memory Card

This menu displays the contents of a memory card in the phone, including
folders, folder contents and file sizes. The phone automatically creates a
series of folders on the card that can not be deleted or renamed (Images,
Videos, Music, Sounds, Other Files). Other folders are created as required
to hold files from the phone and can be deleted or renamed (Graphics,
Record, Ring Tunes, Video, Voice List, etc.).
