PIN. Both the PIN and the PUK are provided with the SIM card. For

To enable PIN lock:
From standby mode, touch

Choose Security settings > SIM security > PIN lock.

Touch the text box to bring up the onscreen keypad.

Enter the PIN, and touch OK.

If you enter the PIN incorrectly a specified number of times, the
phone prompts you to enter the PUK. If you enter the PUK
incorrectly a specified number of times, the SIM card will become
permanently invalid. In this case, contact your service provider for a
new SIM card.
