    User’s Manual. INTRODUCTION Hawking Technology’s USB 2.0 Docking Station is a unique expansion unit specially designed to transform a Notebook Computer into a desktop equivalent. It provides several desktop system connectivity capacities. The USB docking station allows you to add up to four USB ports to your PC and up to a total of 127 additional hubs and other devices.

Find an unused electrical outlet and plug it in the power adapter. Plug the flat end (A plug) of the USB cable into a free USB port on your PC.

    1. Two-Port Hub Before you connect a USB device to one of the Hub ports, please follow the software installation instructions provided in the subsequent pages of this User’s Manual. 2. PS/2 ports (Keyboard and Mouse port) If you connect a PS/2 keyboard or mouse to the docking station and you are using a PC, you will not need the software driver.
  • Page 10 Installation for Windows 98SE & ME 1. The H-DS20L Install wizard searches for new drivers. Click Next to continue. 2. Select "Search for the best driver for your device [Recommended]," and click Next to continue.
  • Page 11 3. Select "CD-ROM drive", and click Next to continue. 4. Windows will now search for the driver file for the device. Click Next to continue.
