Mobile Backup
Mobile Backup is a free service that lets you
store and manage contact information on your
phone and on the Web at my.t-mobile.com. With Mobile
Backup, you don't have to worry about losing contact
information if you lose your phone. When you add or
edit a Phone Book contact, the phone automatically syncs
your phone contact list and Web-based contact list.
activate Mobile Backup
If you have not used Mobile Backup before, when you
open the Phone Book, the phone asks if you want to store
a copy of your contacts on my.t-mobile.com. Press Yes to
activate Mobile Backup and copy your contact list to
my.t-mobile.com.
To manually activate Mobile Backup and copy your
contact list to my.t-mobile.com:

Manage music and sound files, photos, videos, and
other files stored on your phone, and on an optional
removable microSD memory card.

Fun & Apps > Organizer > File Manager
Select a folder or Memory Card to see its contents.
To play a sound file or voice note, or view a photo or
video, just scroll to the file and select it.
