Does the signal appear at Pin 27,
28 of IC53 (MSP3421G)?
Yes
Does the signal appear
at L53~L56?
Yes
Replace the speaker.

Check IC32 and related circuit.
No
Check IC55 (Audio amp) and related circuit.
