Connect and operate the appliance only in
accordance with the specifications on the rating
plate. Do not use if the cord or appliance is
damaged. Keep children away from the
appliance. Supervise children to prevent them
from playing with the appliance.
Do not allow persons (also children) with
restricted physical sensory perception or mental
abilities or with lack of experience and
knowledge to operate the appliance unless they
are supervised or have been instructed in the
use of the appliance by somebody who is
responsible for their safety.
Always pull out the mains plug after using
the appliance, before cleaning the appliance,
before leaving the room or if a fault occurs.
Keep the mains connecting lead away from
any hot objects.
Do NOT pull the cord over sharp edges.
To protect the user, all repairs to the appliance,
e.g. replacement of the power cord, should be
carried out only by our customer service.

Operating the appliance
Preparation
Place the mincer on a clean, level work
surface.
Using the meat mincer attachment

Use for processing raw or cooked meat, bacon,
poultry and fish. Do not process bones.
Process steak tartare through the mincer twice.
Also suitable for making marzipan:
Blend 100 g/4 oz shelled almonds and 100 g/
4 oz icing sugar for approx. 10 seconds; after
100 seconds the process can be repeated.
Add a little rose water and 1 drop of bitter
almond essence, and leave to stand.
Attach the pre-assembled meat mincer (1)
to the main appliance and turn it anti-
clockwise as far as it will go. Lock it in place
with the flap.
Attach the filling tray and stuffer (2).
Place a bowl or plate under the outlet
opening (7).
Place the food to be processed in the filling
tray.
Use the stuffer (2) to push the food down
the hole in the tray.
Press ON/OFF button (3) to switch
appliance on or off.

Lift up the flap. Turn the meat mincer
attachment clockwise and lift it off.
Unscrew and remove the ring on the front.
Take out the perforated disc, blade,
screw conveyor and drive element
(Caution! Drive element could drop out).
Re-assemble in reverse sequence; do not
tighten the threaded ring too tight.
