The following blades are sold separately at Harbor Freight Tools: SKU 36887 Coarse Air Saw Blades - 24 TPI (5 pack) SKU 36888 Fine Air Saw Blades - 32 TPI (5 pack) You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram.
  • Page 3 Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool. Approved accessories are available from Harbor Freight Tools. 17.     (California Health & Safety Code 25249.5, et seq. ) When unpacking, check to make sure the parts listed on page 7 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
  • Page 5 The Blade Guard (34) may be removed when replacing blades, but it must always be on during operation. Using the Saw without the Blade Guard (34) can result in severe injury. To remove the Blade Guard (34), loosen and remove the two Set Screws (24).
  • Page 6: Maintenance

    Note: Always operate the Saw with two hands. Hold the top of the Housing (28) with one hand, and hold the lower Housing (28) and Throttle Lever (13) with the other. Failure to use two hands may cause the Saw to vibrate out of your control causing serious injury.
