How to Use

1. Plug AC/DC converter into DC jack on
back of unit.
NOTE: This unit is designed to allow
the plug to be inserted into the DC jack
only in the correct position.
2. Plug the other end of the cord into a
standard 120V wall outlet.
3. Insert wine bottle upright in base of
unit then wrap insulation collar around
neck of wine bottle. (See Illustration 1.)
Overlap hook and loop tape to secure
insulation collar in place. (See
Illustration 2.)
4. Refer to Wine Guide on page 6. The
guide indicates suggested settings to
use for selected wine types. The guide
also indicates whether to prechill wine
or not and the amount of time needed
to reach serving temperature.
5. Press LEFT or RIGHT button to select
the desired setting. The green light (snowflake) and the
red light (sun) cycle on and off. This lets you know when
the wine chiller is cooling down or warming up.
6. When the wine is ready to serve, remove insulation collar
from the bottle and then lift bottle out of unit.
7. After pouring, replace the bottle and insulation collar to
maintain optimum serving temperature.
8. After serving is complete, unplug unit to turn off. Remove
AC/DC converter from DC jack on back of unit.
