the Movie Submenu. In the Movie Submenu, you
can use "Local Folder" to choose a video file,
"Delete" and "Delete all" to delete videos, and
"Repeat" to select a Repeat mode.

• How to record

1. Select Record Mode from the
Main Menu.
2. Press "Play/Pause" to start recording.
3. Press "Play/Pause" to pause recording. While
paused, the time-code will flash.
4. Press and hold "Play/Pause" to stop and save
recording.
