Call forwarding
Call forwarding is a network feature that allows you to send
incoming calls to another number that you specify. You can set this
feature separately for several conditions when you are not able to
answer calls, such as when you are already on the phone or when
you are outside of the service area.
From the Call Settings menu, tap Call forwarding.

Tap one of the following options:

• Always forward: allows you to forward all voice calls.
• Forward when busy allows you to forward voice calls to a
designated number instead of your Voicemail number if you are
on another phone call.
• Forward when unanswered: allows you to forward voice calls to a
designated number instead of your voicemail number when there
is no answer on your phone. You can also select the amount of
time that the phone delays before forwarding.
• Forward when unreachable: allows you to forward voice calls to a
designated number instead of your voicemail number when you
are not in an area covered by your service provider or when your
phone is switched off.
Additional settings
From the Call Settings menu, tap Additional settings.

Tap one of the following options:

• Caller ID: allows you to choose how your Caller ID will be
displayed. Select Network Default, Hide number, or Show
number.
• Call barring: use this option to restrict calls. Tap Voice call, then
tap on the types of calls you want to restrict.
• Call waiting: the network service informs you when someone is
trying to reach you during another call. Tap to activate.
• Auto redial: automatically redials the last number if the call was
either cut off or was unable to connect. Tap to activate.
• Noise suppression: allows you to turn on noise suppression when
you are in a noisy area. Turn it off when not needed to conserve
battery power.
Voicemail Service
From the Call Settings menu, tap Voicemail Service.

Voicemail service provided by your carrier is the default.
Tap My carrier to remove the carrier Voicemail service.

Voicemail
You can view or modify your voicemail number from this menu.
From the Call Settings menu, tap Voicemail.

Tap the Voicemail number field, backspace to erase the

digits, and enter a new voicemail number using the keypad,
then tap OK.
