Problem
Poor picture quality when using a
device connected to the TV
connector
Nothing appears on my TV
I can't get HD to display on my TV

Possible Solution
Ensure TV display is selected as the input source in the Input

Source menu. See "Input Select" on page 26 for more
information.
Press Menu on the remote control, select Setup, and then

select Channel Setup. This resets the channels on your TV.
Check the aspect ratio settings in the OSD Menu. Press the

Menu button on the remote control and select Size.
Reset the original factory defaults. Press Menu on the remote
4
control, select Setup, and then select Factory Reset.
Adjust the color temperature. Press Menu on the remote
5
control, select Picture, and then select Color Temperature.
The problem may be with your device, contact your service
6
provider.
Caused by displaying a low resolution NTSC (analog) TV
7
broadcast using a high-definition display. There is an inherit
limitation of NTSC TV; therefore, try to get HD content from
your cable or satellite service provider.
Ensure the TV display is turned on.

Verify that all the cables are properly connected to the TV
2
display, including the power cable.
Check to see if there is a blue light on the lower, right- hand
3
corner of the TV display. A blue light indicates the TV display
is on.
Ensure the proper source is selected in the Input Source
4
menu. See "Input Select" on page 26 for more information.
Reconnect any devices that are currently connected to the TV
5
display. If you are using multiple devices, connect and test
one device at a time.
Connect another device that you know is working properly.

Reset the original factory defaults. Press Menu on the remote
7
control, select Setup, and then select Factory Reset.
You are not feeding the TV a high-definition signal. We

recommend that you upgrade your current home broadcast
service to HDTV standards. Please refer to page 1 of the
Quick Start Guide.
