Shield (A) – deflects juice overspray
and directs juice into container below
Reamer (B) — rotates to extract juice
from citrus fruit

Assembling Your Citrus Juicer

To Assemble:
Insert round end of metal shaft (D)
into reamer (B) so pins fit into slot.
Insert square end of shaft through
shaft housing portion of shield (A).
Place strainer (C), narrow end first,
into slots in shield.

To Attach:
Before attaching accessory, turn off
and unplug the stand mixer.
1. Depending on which type of
hub you have, either flip up
the hinged cover or loosen the
attachment knob (E) by turning it
counterclockwise. Remove, or flip
up, attachment hub cover.
2. Insert the attachment shaft housing
(F) into attachment hub (G) making
certain that the attachment power
shaft fits into square hub socket.
Rotate attachment back and forth
if necessary. When the attachment
is in proper position, the pin on the
attachment will fit into the notch
on the hub rim.
3. Tighten the attachment knob (E)
until the unit is completely secured
to the mixer.
