If these numbers do not match, use the number in the Welcome screen. If the rare case that an
unmatched number occurs, please contact Customer Support.
There are actually several ways to
press the "Gateway Button" when
directed to do so:

Clicking OK on the Welcome
•
screen will press the
Gateway Button.
Wait 15 seconds to see if it
•
responds.
Press Gateway Button on
•
the USB-ERF-Gateway
software. Wait 15 seconds
to see if it responds.
Right click in the System
•
Tray (lower right
corner of screen) will
present the USB-
ERF-Gateway menu.
Basically, it is ok to press the
gateway button more than
once in the 120 seconds
allotted to the Register
Gateway screen, but make
sure you wait at least 15
seconds between presses.
