SERVICING

Boiler maintenance must only be carried out by Qualified
Personnel.
It is advisable to check the equipment at least once a
year, before the winter season. Besides the state of boiler
cleanliness, this inspection should also include checks
on the correct operation of all monitoring and safety
devices, plus the burner. Also check the state of the entire
vent flue duct.

Cleaning the boiler
1. Switch off the boiler power supply.
2. (Fig. 52) Remove upper front panel 1.
3. (Fig. 53) Demount upper front door 3 by slackening the
four nuts 4.
4. (Fig. 54) Open door 2 by loosening the relative knobs.
5. (Fig. 55) Remove cylinder 5 from the combustion
chamber.
6. Clean the inside of the boiler and the entire vent flue
using flue brush 6 or compressed air.
7. Remount the combustion chamber cylinder and lock it
in place between the second and third element using plug
6, see fig. 8 and fig. 26. Remount the upper front door,
fixing it with the relative nuts. Lastly, close the lower door
and fix it with its knob.
8. Consult the Manufacturer's instructions when cleaning
the burner.
