Control Definitions
1 Numbered NS Switch
Adjust the Numbered NS Switch to 1 for ocean sounds,  for forest sounds, and 3
for white noise.
2 AL1 Button
Press the AL1 Button to set Alarm 1.
3 AL2 Button
Press the AL Button to set Alarm .
4 Sleep Button
Press the Sleep Button to set the sleep timer.
5 Snooze Button
After alarm 1 or alarm  has sounds, press the Snooze Button to delay the alarm
for an additional 10 minutes.
6 LED Display
The LED displays the time, sleep time, and alarm time. It indicates when the time
is in the pm, and indicates when an alarm 1 or alarm  is set.
7 Frequency Display
The Frequency Display shows the current AM or FM radio station.
8 Time/Lo/High Switch
Adjust the Time/Lo/High switch to adjust the brightness of the LED Display.
• Set the Time/Lo/High Switch to Time to set the clock.
9 NS/Radio Switch
Adjust the NS/Radio Switch to listen to nature sounds or the radio.
10 Power On/Off Button
Press the Power On/Off Button to turn the unit off and on.
11 Down Button
Press the Down Button to slowly cycle through the time, sleep time, and alarm
time.
12 Up Button
Press the Up Button to quickly cycle through the time, sleep time, and alarm time.
