A DRAM technology developed by Rambus Corporation*, to achieve high speed of memory through the use of multiple channels
in parallel by 16-bits. Basically, RDRAM uses new structure of Multibank, which is quite different from FPM, EDO, SDRAM.
Using different memory module as well, RDRAM uses "RIMM" with transfer rate of 600/700/800MHz, providing bandwidth as
high to 1.6GB.

SDRAM is one of the DRAM technologies that allow DRAM to use the same clock as the CPU host bus (EDO and FPM are
asynchronous and do not have clock signal). It is similar as PBSRAM to use burst mode transfer. SDRAM comes in 64-bit
168-pin DIMM and operates at 3.3V, and have been gradually replaced by DDR RAM.
