COMPOSITION
The range of trolleys for pasta and
vegetables was conceived as the
solution to the diverse problems
associated with the transportation
and distribution of these items and
has been designed on the basis of
strict technical principles and
constructed in such a way to
guarantee ideal functioning and long
term reliability. The range is
characterised by its completeness,
versatility, strength and the quality of
the construction materials used.
FUNCTIONAL AND
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
A trolley with a bowl which can be

raised or lowered, by means of a
manual mechanism, ideal for use
with the automatic tilting bratt pans.
The bowl can be adjusted in height
to suit the tilting of the bratt pan well
which makes all the operations
associated with the unloading and
distribution of the food easier and
safer. It is constructed entirely in 304
AISI stainless steel and the 60 litre
(about) 2/1 GN bowl is removeable
for easy cleaning and perfect
hygiene. It has 4 swivelling castors,
all with brakes
