    BIKE OPERATION ADJUSTING THE SEAT To adjust the seat by rotating the knob and loosen the screw. Pull out the knob and adjust the seat to a comfortable pedaling position (one that keeps a slightly bend in your knee while your legs are in the extended position). Lock the screw by rotating knob clockwise until it tightens.
