TV settings
With the TV menu item a wide variety of settings can be made, which are to be considered in detail
in the following.
INITIAL SETUP
During the first operation a programme search is carried out (see the chapter "Preparing for use").
The submenu is exited with the MENU button.
AUTO SEARCH
This menu item deletes the programme memory before the near search.
ERASE ALL
New programmes are added to the existing list with this function.
APPEND
MANUAL SETUP
Programme number of the current programme. You can select a different
PROGRAMME
programme number using the $ or ! arrow buttons.
Programme name. With the arrow button " you can select the character position
NAME
to be changed and select a letter or number with $ or !.
The editing mode is ended by changing back to NAME with the # button.
Here you set the colour transmission system usually used at your location: AUTO -
COLOUR
PAL - SECAM
SYSTEM
The channel number of the current programme is shown here.
CHANNEL
In case of a weak TV reception signal, fine tuning may improve the picture.
FINE TUNE
Here you set the sound transmission standard used:
SOUND
SYSTEM B/G - D/K - I - L
Hiding/displaying the programme when changing programmes with $/!. A hidden
SKIP
programme can be displayed by entering the programme number.
