Application (Record)
Taking pictures by setting the aperture value and
shutter speed
Recording mode:
You can use this recording mode to set the desired shutter speed and aperture value
when you want to take pictures using the same exposure (same combination of shutter
speed and aperture value) or when you cannot obtain pictures at the desired brightness
even after compensating the exposure.
Set mode dial to
Turn the control ring to select the aperture value, and turn the
control dial to select the shutter speed
• If Manual Focus is set (→87), press
with the control dial.
• If the control ring settings have been changed (→118), press
the aperture value with the control dial.
Aperture values that can be set
F2.0 - F8.0

You may not be able to select some values depending on zoom position.
