Drop Inactive Call
This is used as a standard for FXS and FXO interface to determine whether or not to back to the idle state.
DVG-5112S will back to the idle state automatically to avoid keeping the line engaged while the time expires
and the detected volume is lower than Silence Detection Threshold.
