Note:
❏ Insert the paper so that the leading edge is approximately 5 cm from the groove in the edge guides.
❏ Do not insert the paper at an angle. If paper is inserted at an angle, it could cause a paper jam or leave wrinkles in
your printouts.
❏ When Button Press is set to Off, the printer does not beep when you insert paper. To change the settings, follow
the instructions below.
Home > Setup > Printer Setup > Sound > Button Press
Load the envelope short edge first with the flap facing down and at the center of the rear paper feed slot, and then
set the edge guide.
