Control your phone with your voice

Got your hands full, but need to use your phone? You can use your voice to make a
call, send a text message, search the web, or open an application.
This feature may not be available in all languages.

Press and hold

Say a voice command.
Example: To check your schedule, say Open calendar.
Tip: For more examples, say Help.

Icons on the status bar

The status bar at the top of the screen tells you the current time, battery and signal
strength, and much more.
Tip: To see hidden icons, tap the status bar.
Signal strength
A GPRS data connection is open.
An EDGE data connection is open.
Your phone is connected to a 3G network.
An HSDPA/HSUPA data connection is open.
A Wi-Fi connection is available.
A Wi-Fi connection is active.
A Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Your calls are diverted to another number or your voice mailbox.
There is no SIM in your phone.
Your SIM is locked, and you can't use mobile network services. To unlock, type
in the PIN code.
Your phone is roaming and not on your home mobile network.
Silent mode is switched on.
Flight mode is switched on.
Vibrate mode is switched on.
Battery power level
Battery saver mode is switched on.
The battery is charging.
The icons may vary depending on your region or network service provider.
