10. IF Center Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency

Connect an AF Voltmeter to FMP101.
Call up the extended expert mode (see above).
With the buttons
11. Stop Generator Connect a sweep generator to aerial input. Center fre-
quency 95.0MHz;
E´ = 100 V (40dB V);
Connect an Oscilloscope to FMP104.
12. Field strength Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency
95.0MHz; no modulation; E´ = 100 V (40dB V).
Connect a DC Voltmeter between FMP101 (+) and
FMP103 (-).
13. Stereo Crosstalk Connect a Test Generator via a Stereo Coder to aerial
input; Frequency 95.0MHz; f
19kHz at 7.5kHz dev.; RDS 57kHz at 1.2kHz dev.; E´ = 1mV
(60dB V); modulate only the left channel.
Connect an AF Voltmeter to loudspeaker outputs.
Call up the extended expert mode (see above).
With the buttons
14. FM search level Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency
stop 95.1MHz; no modulation;

With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select FM DX.
With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select FM LC.

Test equipment: Frequency counter, Test Cassette 448A (Part No. 35079 023 0000)
Adjustment
Tape Speed Insert Test Cassette 448A and play 3150Hz part.
Connect a frequency counter to loudspeaker outputs.

Service hint:

Mask Version 1 (Imprint on the processor CIC801 „FIAT H2/01"):
Processor CIC801 part no. 83058 780 5900 together with EEPROM CIC802 part no. 83059 580 1600.
Mask Version 2 (Imprint on the processor CIC801 „FIAT H2/02"):
Processor CIC801 part no. 83058 780 5700 together with EEPROM CIC802 part no. 72008 538 1700.
Mixed components will not work!

With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 set for minimum AF
voltage.
Press button EXP briefly (display shows QUARZ OK).
Align L 101 for a symmetrical stop impulse.

Adjust with CR26 for +400mV
With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 set for minimum AF
voltage on the right channel.
Press button EXP briefly (display shows STERE OK).
Apply a signal with E´ = 10 V (20dB V). Press button EXP
briefly (display shows FM DX OK).
Apply a signal with E´ = 250 V (48dB V). Press button
EXP briefly (display shows FM LC OK).
