Front Panels
[] Attach one front panel to lower half of cart with (4} M4xl0 screws.
[] Attach another front panel to upper half of cart with (4} M4xl0 screws.
[] Attach tank baffle to front panels and bottom shelf with (2} M4xl0 screws.
[] Attach two front panels together in the center with (1} M4xl0 screw.
[] Attach bottom front panel to cart in the center with (1} M4xl0 screw.
