Important!
Note that
DD D DD
appears in the LCD
panel when the battery is replaced .
Remember to set the date and time.
(For setting date and time, see page 10.)
Note: T o preserve battery power, be sure to
turn the camera OFF when not in use.
• Pullout the tab to remove battery easily.
Turning the camera ON/OFF

T urn the camera ON by sliding the
Power switch/Lens cover in the direction
of the arrow until it click stops
-The lens automatically extends out to the
W (wideangle) position .

Turn the camera OFF by sliding the
Power switch/Lens cover in the reverse
direction until i . t click stops
Checking battery power

Turn the camera ON.

Check battery power.
-If
ClIII
blinks in the LCD panel, rep lace
the battery
If nothing appears in the LCD panel, the
battery is exhausted or incorrectly installed.
