  • Page 3 INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the VTech ® Alphabet Activity Cube learning toy! The Alphabet Activity Cube is an interactive learning toy that has five sides of fun to discover! Little builders will love the 13 building blocks that also teach the alphabet. The blocks can be stacked on the top of the cube or they can be inserted into the slot on the electronic side to learn more about each letter.

    GETTING STARTED BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF. 2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the electronic side of the cube. Use a coin or screwdriver to loosen the screw. 3. Install 2 new ‘AA’ (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.

    . AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, the VTech ® Alphabet Activity Cube will automatically power-down after approximately 45 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button. ACTIVITIES 1. Slide the Mode Selector to turn on the unit.
  • Page 8 4. Pick up the Handset to hear a phone sound and directions to press the Number/Animal Buttons to make calls in Learning Mode. In Play Mode, you will hear phone sounds and say hello to the animals on the Number/Animal Buttons to enhance calling fun.
