How to use the [SET-UP] menu (➝p.107)
Explanation
Sets the LCD monitor brightness.
Initializes a Memory Card or internal memory.
Select this menu to erase all the frames (files).
Specifies the language used for LCD monitor
display.
Sets the time of turning camera off when camera is
not used. [OFF] can be selected when [POWER
MANAGEMENT] is set to [
POWER SAVE].
Specifies the time difference settings.
Specifies the colors of menu and background.
Specifies whether guidance for functions is
displayed or not.
Specifies whether video output is set to [NTSC] or
[PAL].
Specifies whether [
IR COMMUNICATION] is
set to [STANDARD] or [IrSS]. Select [STANDARD]
when communicating with a camera or printer,
select [IrSS] when communicating with a TV.
Resets all the camera settings (other than the
[DATE/TIME], [TIME DIFFERENCE],
[BACKGROUND COLOR], and [VIDEO SYSTEM])
to the factory default values set at shipment. A
confirmation message appears when you press q.
To reset the camera settings, press p or q to
select [OK] and press MENU/OK.
