SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT MICROWAVING

Arcing is the microwave term

for sparks in the oven. Arcing
is caused by:
• Metal or foil touching the

microwave oven. Heating
these products in the
microwave oven could result
in injury.
• Do not boil eggs in a
microwave oven. Pressure
will build up inside egg yolk
and will cause it to burst,
possibly resulting in injury.
• Metal, such as twist-ties,
poultry pins, or gold-rimmed
dishes, in the microwave.
• Recycled paper towels
containing small metal
pieces being used in the
microwave.
• Operating the microwave
with no food inside for more
than a minute or two may
cause damage to the oven
and could start a fire. It
increases the heat around
the magnetron and can
shorten the life of the oven.
• Foods with unbroken outer
"skin" such as potatoes, hot
dogs, sausages, tomatoes,
apples, chicken livers and
other giblets, and egg yolks
should be pierced to allow
steam to escape before
cooking.

Si plus de temps de cuisson est nécessaire...
MARCHE/+30Sec.
À n'importe quel moment ou lors de n'importe quelle opération,
même lorsque le four est en marche, appuyer sur la touche
MARCHE/+30Sec. ajoutera 30 secondes de plus au temps de cuis-
son à chaque fois que vous appuyez sur la touche.
Remarque : Le temps de cuisson ajouté sera à la même puissance
de cuisson que celle actuellement utilisée par le micro-ondes. Par
exemple, si le Niveau de Puissance est ajusté à 50% (PL5 sur l'af-
fichage), alors le temps de cuisson ajouté sera au Niveau de
Puissance de 50%.

Annule n'importe quel ajuste-

ment si le programme n'est
pas amorcé et fait une pause
dans le programme si celui-ci
est amorcé. Une fois qu'un
programme est completé,
appuyez sur le bouton
VERROUILLAGE
Vous pouvez verrouiller le panneau de contrôle pour prévenir
l'utilisation du micro-ondes par un enfant.
POUR ENFANTS
Pour verrouiller ou déverrouiller les contrôles :
1. Appuyez
ARRÊT/ANNULER pendant environ 3 secondes.
2.Un long signal sonore sera entendu et
sur l'affichage (ou sera remplacé par l'horloge (si elle est
ajustée) lorsque verrouillé).
