You can use the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA)
service to share media files between DLNA-enabled phones
in your home over a WLAN.
You must first activate the WLAN feature and add a WLAN
profile. ► p. 79
To customize DLNA settings for sharing media files:
To allow other DLNA-enabled phones to access media files
on your phone, you must activate media sharing.
Some files may not play on the DLNA-enabled
phones depending on the phones.
1. In Idle mode, select Applications → AllShare.
2. Select Settings.

3. Adjust the following settings to customise the DLNA
feature:
Option
Function
Media server
Enter a name for your phone as a media
name
server.
Share media
Turn on video sharing, image sharing or
music sharing with other DLNA-enabled
phones.
Access point
Select a connection profile to use for
network
DLNA connections.
Upload from
Set whether or not to accept the upload
other phones
from other phones.
Default
Select the default memory location for
memory
saving downloaded media files.
To play your files on another DLNA-enabled phone:
1. In Idle mode, select Applications → AllShare.
