Your new Western Digital FireWire external hard drive includes 90 days of free technical
support from the date of purchase. To be eligible for the free technical support, you must
register your product with Western Digital. Should you require additional technical support
after the 90-day time period, Western Digital offers extended support services for your
FireWire hard drive at a rate of $15.00 per incident after the free period.
