(Menu 7)
You can save a
note for a task that you have to do.
The notes can be saved in priority
order. You may be able to save up to
30 notes but this depends on how
long the notes are.
Press Menu and select
Press Options, or scroll to the note
you want and then press Options.
Select
• View to view the selected note.
• Add to add a new note. Key in the
subject for the note, press
Options and select Save. Select
the priority for the note,
Medium (2), or

and then in alphabetical order.

■ Calendar
(Menu 8)
The calendar helps
you to keep track of reminders, calls
that you need to make, meetings,
and birthdays. The phone sounds an
alarm tone when the set date and
time for an event is reached.
Note: Your phone must be
switched on to use this
function. Do not switch the
phone on when wireless
phone use is prohibited or
when it may cause
interference or danger.
Press Menu and select Calendar.
Scroll to the day you want. If there
are any notes set for the day, the
corresponding note type indicator is
shown.
Day view
• Press Options and select
notes. The day view lists the
notes made for the day. The note
indicator is shown first on the
line.
Note view
• When in the Day view, scroll to
the note you want to view. Press
Options and select View.
The note view allows you to view
the details of the selected note.
You can scroll through the note.
