starter
Disconnect the cooker hood by
– switching off the mains switch
– withdrawing the mains fuse
– removing the screw-out fuse.
Lift the slide lug of the lamp cover
and slide to the right to remove.
Change the fluorescent lamp (15 W)
or the starter.

Inserting and removing active
charcoal filters
If the cooker hood is connected for air
recirculation, the active charcoal filters
must be installed in addition to the
grease filters. These filters absorb
odours from the kitchen.
Remove the grease filters.
Secure the active charcoal filters
using the screws enclosed.
The active charcoal filters should be re-
placed when they are no longer func-
tioning efficiently, or at least every three
to four months.
Put back the grease filters.
