    BATTERY CHARGING • Plug the charger connector into the battery • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The power indicator lights Notes: - If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”. - Use the charger only in a wall outlet.
  • Page 9 • Fit the front bumper onto the vehicle. • Insert six #8 x ¾ " screws into the front bumper and tighten. P5920pr-0920 ASSEMBLY Front Bumper • Slide a 7⁄16" washer the right (passenger's) side of the front axle. • Fit a bushing, flat side first, onto the front axle. Note: There is a right and left front wheel.
  • Page 10 • Fit a ⅜ "-16 lock nut, rounded side out, onto the front axle. IMPORTANT! Tighten the lock nut firmly with the closed end of the assembly tool. • Test to be sure the front wheel moves freely on the front axle. Turn the front wheel.
  • Page 11 Mirror Dash Assembly Mirror Cover • Fit a mirror and mirror cover to an end of the dash assembly. Hint: Each mirror and mirror cover only fit on one side of the vehicle. If they do not seem to fit, try assembling on the other side.
  • Page 12 17 17 DASH VIEW • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils. • Place the labels exactly as shown in the illustrations. For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle.
  • Page 13 Hood FRONT VIEW • Fit the long tabs on the hood into the slots in the front end of the vehicle. • Pull the hood forward and lower. Note: The hood is held down by magnets. Simply lift to open the hood.

    IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels rechargeable battery. Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle. Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels charger before operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle.

    BATTERY CARE AND DISPOSAL Care If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
