7. Highlight Security, select Change. Modify
your security account settings. When
finished, select Back.
8. Highlight Signature, select Change. Enter
a signature and select Done.
9. Highlight Delivery and Read Reports,
select Change. Modify how you handle
email delivery and read receipts. When
finished, select Back.
10. Highlight Download Settings, select
Change. Modify how your phone
downloads email. When finished, select
Back.
11. When done, select Back to return to Email
Accounts.
Note: An * (asterisk) designates settings that
are required in order to send and receive email.
For more information, contact your service
provider.
Remove an Email Account
1. From Email Accounts, highlight an
account you have configured.
2. Select Options > Clear to remove the
account from your phone.
3. Select Yes to confirm.
Note: Removing an email account will delete
all email associated with that account from
your phone.

Complete an Email Message in Drafts
1. From Drafts, highlight your desired
message.
2. Select Edit.
3. Complete your email message.
View Pending Email Messages
From Outbox, you can view email messages
that you have created, but not sent to your
outgoing mail server. To modify an email
message, highlight it and select Edit.
View Sent Email Messages
From Sent, you can view email messages that
you have sent to your outgoing mail server.
Erase a Single Email Message
When viewing an email message, select
Options > Delete > Yes.
Erase Email Messages from a Folder
When viewing an email folder, select Options
> Delete All > Yes to erase all the email
messages in that folder.
Note: You cannot recover deleted information.
