Noise Cancellation
The noise cancellation feature helps reduce background noise around you and enhance your
voice clarity during a call using the earpiece.
Warning:
Do not cover the microphone on the back of the phone while making a phone call.
If covered, the sound quality of your call will be affected.
Note: The noise cancellation feature does not apply to the calls using the speakerphone or the
external devices.
1. Press
> Settings > Others > Call Setup > Noise Cancellation.

Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Noise Cancellation during a call.
2. Select On or Off.
Alert Notification
Set your phone to alert you with an audible tone when you change service areas, once a minute
during a voice call, or when a call has been connected.
1. Press
> Settings > Others > Alerts.
2. Select Beep Each Minute, Out of Service, or Connect.
3. Select On or Off.
